Just a few weeks ago, me and my wife went to the movies.
We haven't gone in quite a while and the experience was good.
However, I have a question:
Is it better to watch a movie in a theatre that is full or empty?
We saw "Lost in Translation" with Bill Murray. I liked the movie a lot. It was a different take on unaquainted love from a different point of view. The theatre was completely empty, except for us. It was strange, but nice. No worries about other people talking, but is that really the experience you want when you go to the movies?
To me, unless it is a movie that I want to get the full experience of a big, wide screen (like some action and sci-fi/fantasy movies), I'd prefer my couch, beer and 27-inch television than the movies.
But that doesn't really answer my question, does it?
